Dragonflies, Butterflies and Turtles

Am having a good response to these crackled resin and polymer clay critters to which I'm adding a little hardware or watch gears.The dragonflies also come in a 'batik' finish and variety of colour...

Turtles:

These are strung on black satin type cord (through mouth), 16" to 18" with lobster clasp, extension chain and hematite bead dangle. $28 to 38 (small to large)

Dragonfly and Butterfly Earrings: $26 and carded with legend on back. Dragonflies measure approx. 1 1/4 inch long and Butterflies approx. 5/8".

 

 

The metal parts for the barrettes are inlaid and not glued on, so nice and solid.

Barrettes are $28 and measure approx. 4 inches by 1 1/8 inch. Other sizes will be available and I'd consider this one a large.

Necklaces: Satin type cord 16" to 18" with lobster clasp, extension chain and hematite bead dangle. $32 on tent card with legend

Pins: the metal parts are inlaid and no glue is used. This makes for a much more solid piece.

West Coast Hearts, Starfish, Sanddollars...

"Pieces of My Heart" are created by Bill Holden from local west coast materials such as lichen (moss known as Dwarf's Beard), shells and Beach pebbles, then backed on Pine, Ebony, or Kingwood. The Pine allows for a light coloured background, the Kingwood for medium and the Ebony for dark. Necklaces measure 16 to 18" long with an extension chain and our signature hematite bead dangle.

Mounted on sturdy stand-up Tent Card (Cellophane hang sleeve with card, or alternative card-stock hang tag are available as per request). $48 retail

"Starfish and Sand dollars - Silver with Cats-eye"

Earrings and pendants are quality silver-plate over brass and nickel free. Earrings measure approx. 4 cm (1 1/2") from top of hook.  Mounted on cards with nylon ear stopper. 10 colours of fiber optic cats-eye beads. Cellophane hang sleeve available if requested.
Small starfish and sand dollars with 4mm fiber optic cats-eye. The earrings measure 1 5/8 inch long from top of hook, and dangle approx. 1 inch from bottom of earring hook. $15 pr (click on photos for larger view)

Large Sand dollar Necklace. Sand dollar measures 1 1/4 inch (32mm) in diameter, with fiber optic cats eye bead measures 2 1/8" (55mm) long. Necklace is 2mm cotton cord, 17 to 18 1/2 inches long with extension chain and our signature hematite bead dangle. Quality silver over brass and nickel free. Necklace can be shortened by tying knots on either side of the pendant. $24 retail

 

"Starfish and Sand dollars - Beach Colours"
